Parts and/or diagnostics not performed/supplied by Spa Repair Northwest voids all warranties. Spa Repair NW, a division of Vancouver Home Electric LLC assumes no liability for any injury, loss or damage from the improper use or malfunction of any part we sell or install. Our liability is limited specifically to the replacement of defective parts. All warranty claims are handled on a case by case basis by Vancouver Home Electric LLC, DBA Spa Repair NW. Spa Repair NW offers a 1 year limited warranty on all parts we install with the exception of some manufacturers such as Sundance spa branded parts which carry a 6 month manufacturer warranty. This warranty also excludes, pump seals, wet ends, and soft goods such as pillows and covers as well as accessories such as cover lifters. This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. If Spa Repair NW determines the failure was due to a power surge, misuse, abuse, or improper chemical balancing the parts and labor will not be covered under warranty. Additionally, labor will be covered at 100% for the first 90 days, after 90 days labor is covered at 50% through the rest of the warranty period. This warranty does not cover any failures unrelated to parts or workmanship of the previous repair. Example, a jet pump is replaced then 6 months later the circuit board fails. Since the circuit board failure is coincidental standard parts and labor pricing will apply. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding this warranty.
